Especially grip riding breeches lead to significantly higher wear and tear on the seat leather; therefore, we do not accept any guarantee for damage caused by abrasion from grip riding breeches.
Every rider knows how difficult it is to be without their own saddle, so we make every effort to carry out repairs or checks as quickly as possible.
Since we place great value on high-quality work, we reserve a period of 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the type of work required, for processing your saddle.
To protect you from unexpectedly high costs, we will prepare an individual cost estimate for you in advance.
Due to the current order situation, we kindly ask you to allow approximately 4 weeks for a saddle check.
